Blue Bird Villa faces due South, so has the sun from dawn to dusk. The Lanai provides shade if required.
The pool is fully enclosed with screen/netting to keep out the bugs/leaves. Being fenced both sides, the extended deck overlooks a nature reserve so is totally private and not overlooked.
